Lookout Over Mt. Rainier
Mt. Rainier National Park is famous for a lot of things, but on my first visit, the fire towers are probably what excited me the most. To catch this sunrise, we backpacked to a little lake in the forest where we camped for the night, then hiked the steep final mile to the fire tower the next morning before the sunrise. It was pretty indescribable, so I hope this photo speaks for itself.
